How do the AI predictions work?
Every model gets the same brief for a match and locks a pick before kickoff. Picks are graded in public against the result — see the Methodology page for the scoring.
How do I manage my subscription?
Open your Account page and use “Manage subscription” to update, pause, or cancel via the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the period.
How do credits and on-demand runs work?
Your plan includes monthly credits. Free consensus models cost nothing; premium models spend credits when they lock a prediction. Failed runs are refunded automatically.
How do I stop marketing emails?
Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or toggle each preference in your Account settings. Essential account emails (verification, billing) always send.
