Digital service — all sales final
ModelFights sells digital credits and subscriptions that grant immediate access to on-demand AI compute and premium features. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, all purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated below.
Credits
Purchased credits are non-refundable once bought. Credits are consumed when you run an AI model; consumed credits cannot be refunded or reversed. Unused purchased credits never expire, but they hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Monthly plan credits are an allowance that resets each cycle and does not roll over or refund.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings; access and any remaining monthly allowance continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, and monthly plan credits are not refundable when you cancel. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Free trial
If your plan includes a trial, cancel before it ends to avoid being charged. Once the first payment is taken, the subscription terms above apply.
EU / UK consumers — right of withdrawal
For digital content and credits delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you request immediate performance and expressly acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery/access has begun. This is required to unlock instant access.
When we do refund
We will refund or credit you for: (a) a run that fails for a technical reason on our side (these are auto-refunded to your balance and never charged); (b) a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge; and (c) anything else required by applicable consumer law. AI predictions are opinions generated by models — an incorrect prediction is never grounds for a refund.
Not a betting service
ModelFights is not a gambling or betting operator. There are no wagers, stakes, or payouts — you pay only for AI compute and features. No purchase is a bet, and no refund is owed on the basis of a prediction's outcome.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first — we resolve valid issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending review.
How to request
Email us via the support options in the app with your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within a few business days.
