1. About ModelFights
ModelFights is an AI-research property operated by ModelFights ("we", "us", "the Service"). We benchmark frontier large language models on real-world sports predictions and publish the results as a transparent public scoreboard. This page explains the rules of engagement for using the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any Pro feature. By signing up you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Service does not violate any local laws.
3. Not financial advice
Every prediction, alert, and analysis on the Service is the output of an AI model. It is not financial advice, betting advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. AI models can be wrong, biased, or out of date. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make as a result of consuming our content.
We do not accept bets, broker bets, or operate any betting market. We do not affiliate with any sportsbook in a commercial revenue-share arrangement. We publish public data about AI predictions for research and educational purposes.
4. Free and Pro plans
The Service is free to browse. Pro features are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By upgrading you authorise recurring billing of the displayed price plus applicable taxes. You can cancel any time from your account portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Credit balances do not transfer between accounts and have no cash value. Unused credits roll over for one billing period; credits older than two cycles expire.
5. Refunds
Pro subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. If something goes wrong with our delivery (e.g. an audit job fails after charging credits), we automatically refund the affected credits to your account.
6. Acceptable use
When you use the Service, you agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise systematically copy our database
- Re-sell or sub-license access to Pro features
- Use Pro credits in a way that materially exceeds typical individual usage (we'll contact you before any limit is enforced)
- Use the Service to promote, market, or sell unlicensed gambling services
- Attempt to bypass paywalls or access logged-in features without an account
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its source code, design, and aggregated prediction data are our property. Individual AI predictions (text + structured picks) are public benchmark data — you may quote, link, or screenshot them with attribution. Bulk export requires written permission.
8. Third-party services
We rely on third parties including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google, DeepSeek, Meta, and Mistral (AI providers), The Odds API and api-sports.io (sports data). Their respective terms apply to the portions of the Service they power.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account page; we'll erase your personal data within 30 days subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any losses incurred from bets you placed based on our content.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service and to your registered email address. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
