Why did my audit fail — and was I charged?
Occasionally a model can't return a usable pick. If that happens, your credits are refunded automatically.
Most audits finish in a minute or two. Occasionally one fails — a model can be momentarily unavailable, rate-limited, or return an answer we can't parse into a clean pick.
You're not charged for failures
If an audit doesn't produce a usable prediction, your credits are refunded automatically — you can see the refund in your account. Just try again; if a specific model keeps failing, it may be temporarily unavailable.
Still stuck?
If an audit hangs for more than a few minutes or you were charged without a result, contact support with the match name and we'll sort it out and make sure your credits are correct.
