Credit refunds
If an on-demand audit fails to produce a usable prediction, your credits are automatically refunded — you'll see the refund in your account. You're never charged for our infrastructure hiccups.
If a renewal payment fails
Cards expire and banks decline charges. If a renewal fails, we email you and Stripe automatically retries for a few days while your access stays on. Update your card from account → Manage billing and the charge goes through — nothing else needed. If it's never updated, the plan pauses and you drop to the free tier (you keep your account and history).
